FZBMS may provide trial and paid subscription plans with limits or entitlements for users, branches and modules. Final billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be published before commercial launch.
Customer content
Organizations remain responsible for the information they enter into FZBMS and for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws and obligations.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve as FZBMS develops. Material commercial commitments, support terms and service levels should be documented separately where applicable.
Governing terms
Governing law, dispute handling, liability limitations and official business/contact details must be finalized before these terms become the production legal agreement.
